We have our own dedicated Historical Researcher that works extensively on researching properties and land. Before we do an initial investigation of any property, our historical researcher will gather all the information regarding the propery, land and owners, past and present. This process includes visiting local libraries & historical museums.  The information gathered could go as far back before the property ever existed. Please take a look around.
